| The night before, mix sourdough starter, buttermilk, flour and sugar |
| Cover batter and set on counter overnight |
| The next day beat eggs and butter then mix into batter |
| Stir in baking soda and salt |
| Stir until a slightly lumpy batter forms |
| Preheat a skillet or griddle to medium, drop 1/4 cupfulls onto griddle. |
| Drop a small handfull of blueberries on top of each pancake and press down lightly |
| Cook until bubbles form on top. Then flip and cook until brown underneath |

| If using active dry yeast mix yeast, mix a pinch of sugar and 2 tablespoons of the water and let sit for 15 minutes until foamy |
| If using instand yeast then mix in with flour |
| Mix all ingredients together in a bowl to create a rough dough |
| Flour a surface or cutting board and turn out dough |
| Knead for 3 minutes or until a smooth slightly sticky dough forms. Add flour if the dough becomes too sticky to manipulate. |
| Allow dough to rise, covered, in an oven with only the oven light on, for 45 minutes. |
| Refridgerate for at least four hours and up to 2 days |
| Remove dough from refrigerator and place in oven with only the light on for 2 hours |
| Remove dough from oven and preheat to 450 degrees |
| Divide dough in half and roll out to form your pizzas. Optional: roll out on a sheet of parchment for easier handling. |
| Top dough with your desired pizza toppings |
| Bake on a preheated pizza stone or a baking sheet for about 8 minutes. Keep an eye on them and remove from oven when center starts bubbling. |

| stir until soft and slightly carmelized (4 min) |

| Melt butter |
| Combine flour, milk, eggs, butter, salt in a blender and blend until smooth |
| Preheat a 10 inch skillet over medium heat |
| Brush a small amount of butter in skillet then pour in a scant 1/3 cup of batter. Swirl skillet to coat the bottom |
| Cook 1 1/2 to 2 minutes until golden around edges and flip |
| Cook until lightly golden on other side |
| Transfer to a plate and cover with a towel, repeat cooking process for remainder of batter |

| Grate the potatoes with the large largest grate on your grater |
| Transfer potatoes to a bowl of cold water |
| Soak potatoes for 5 minutes or more |
| Strain potatoes into a cheese cloth and squeeze out all the water |
| Preheat a cast iron pan on stove over medium heat |
| Empty cheesecloth onto a microwave safe plate and microwave on high for 1 1/2 minutes |
| Place 1 Tablespoon butter in the pan, it should sizzle lightly at the proper temperature |
| Spread the potatoes in an even layer and press lightly, the potatoes should be slightly sticky |
| Sprinkle potatoes with salt and pepper |
| Dot additional butter all around the top of the potatoes |
| Let cook until you see some browning around the edges, then flip (around 10 minutes) |
| Cook on the other side until nicely browned on the bottom |
